The Panama City Port Authority is responsible for the purchasing of construction, improvement, repair, and/or building, goods, supplies materials and services, to be used for port purposes. We work to ensure that the procurement of goods and services is efficient, cost effective and in compliance with all Port Panama City policies and applicable laws.

Pursuant to Florida Statute 255.0525, the Port Authority is required to solicit competitive bids or proposals and advertise for construction projects that are projected to cost more than $200,000.
